Von Maur "Back to School" Catalog - Previous “back to school” mailings for this multi-unit fashion store chain had been directed exclusively to Von Maur charge card customers that had made purchases in the “Juniors” department. In 2000 the client wanted to directly capture a larger share of the “teen” market. Demographically targeted selections were made from response mailing lists such as Delia’s catalog buyers and subscribers to YM and Seventeen. The results were a major increase in sales over the previous year’s back-to-school season.
